Upon the Sale of my First Horse-

Alas, farewell! my pride, my beauty!

        I would to heaven it were not so,

But in this ever-changing drama,

        Friends have need to come and go.

Soon in another's footsteps

       You'll prick your ears and neigh;

Soon in another's meadow

       You'll be content to play.

Friendship is not true or real;

       It's only what we hope to be

After we have cast the anchor

       Over life's tmepestuous sea.

W.W. Gulick

HOLY SMOKES SHE IS AT IT AGAIN!!!!!
LISA is the 2010 USEA Master Amateur Rider of the Year at TRAINING Level!!!!
Conner and Mark both had amazing years, and Conner is the Area II Reserve champ at Training Level, him and Lisa also took a trip to the AEC's and were well placed prior to some stadium rails :-( Also the pair completed a Training 3 Day!!! What and exciting year!!

AND a big Congats AGAIN To Lisa and Conner as they continue their winning ways in 2009!!!! Lisa just missed making it back to back Master Novice rider of the year (but is thrilled with 2nd!) and CONNER ended the year as the 7th ranked Novice horse!!! How thrilling!!!! AND to top the year off they finished 4th and 3rd in their first 2 attempts at Training!!!! To prove that she isnt just a fluke with Conner, Lisa took on another horse with dressage issues and had a wonderful year with him also!!!!
Congrats to Lisa and Conner on being the leading 2008 Master Amateur Novice rider for the USEA!! This is their first year together and they only had a handfull of Novice events (and won 3 of them!!!!)
we are soooooo proud and cant wait for the future!

Constant Sorrow- Conner Now partnered with Lisa Warnock he is a force in the Area II eventing scene. Almost always in the ribbons and many wins at Novice and Training this pair gets better every outing!

No Sorrow and new Mom Hannah are doing great, taking lots of lessons and looking forward to the up coming years together!!!

Echo's Rythm has made the trip to NC!! She has found a new career as an eventing prospect! With her natural jumping talent and bold and willing mind I have very high hopes for her. GRF would like to thank Kelly S. for keeping in touch and giving this wonderful filly a chance! She has already been in the ribbons, receiving very high scores and  a 3ed place at her first dressage show! Great work!! The pair finished the year with a win at there second schooling event- with the best dressage score of the day!! Now in foal to Romantic Star for a 2012 foal!

Rivers Echo is quite the little polo star!!

Helluva Secret is enjoying her life being fussed over by a dear friend.

Epiphany Dayjur- now Ransom is looking forward to a show career and is the delight of new owner Emily's life!! Emily is wonderful about keeping us up to date with her and Ransoms outings and WOW- what a pair!!!!! Off to a great start in 2011 with a hat full of blue ribbons at their first show!

Mouse is headed south for broodmare duty, we can't wait to see what she will produce with a jumper sire, her first guys jump is  really nice!
